Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order under our 14-Day Free Returns Policy.
To be eligible for a return:
unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and authenticity cards intact.
cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
multiple items from the same order, ship them together to qualify for free return shipping.
separately, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@bariqah.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
What if 14 days have passed?
more than 30 days have passed since you received your product, you are no longer eligible for returns or refunds.
more than 14 days, but less than 30 days, you are still eligible for a refund, but you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
