At Bariqah, we take pride in providing high-quality, Halal-certified luxury jewelry. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order under our 14-Day Free Returns Policy.
To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and authenticity cards intact.

- Personalized or custom-made jewelry items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Any products that have been worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs:

- If returning multiple items from the same order, ship them together to qualify for free return shipping.

- If items are returned separately, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

- If returning a product between 15 and 30 days after receiving it, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.

- The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner we can process your refund.
How to Request a Return/Refund

2. Fill out the required details and select "Returns" as the subject.

3. In the message box, provide the following information:

- Your order number

- The reason why you want to return your product

- At least one image showing that the packaging is sealed and intact

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. As long as your request was submitted within the 14-day return period, it will be honored, even if our response comes after the deadline.
Exchanges

- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

- If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after receiving your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@bariqah.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
What if 14 days have passed?

- If more than 30 days have passed since you received your product, you are no longer eligible for returns or refunds.

- If it has been more than 14 days, but less than 30 days, you are still eligible for a refund, but you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
