Shipping Policy

  • - Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • - Shipping Method: We offer only one shipping option, which is free insured shipping for all orders, worldwide.

  • - Delivery Times: Shipping typically takes between 7-24 days, depending on location. Delays may occur during high-demand periods or promotional events.

  • - Order Changes & Cancellations: Once your order is ready to be shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to make modifications, please do so before you receive the shipping confirmation email.

  • - Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package directly through our website.

We ship to most countries worldwide! However, due to shipping restrictions, we do not currently ship to the following locations:

Issues with Shipping?

If your product arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is incorrect, please contact us at support@bariqah.com within 5 days of delivery, and we will assist you.

 


 

Returns

  • - Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • - Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and authenticity cards intact.

  • - Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • - Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 


 

Refunds

  • - Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • - Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • - Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

Exchanges

  • - We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • - If you need a different item, please return the original order and place a new one.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • - If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at support@bariqah.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • - We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

  • - Personalized or engraved jewelry.

  • - Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.

How to Request a Return/Refund

  2. 2. Fill out the required details and select "Returns" as the subject.

  3. 3. In the message box, provide the following information:

    • - Your order number

    • - The reason why you want to return your product

    • - At least one image showing that the packaging is sealed and intact

 

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. As long as your request was submitted within the 14-day return period, it will be honored, even if our response comes after the deadline.
